01 / THE PROJECT

From ad to consultation.

Patient acquisition for a 46-location interventional radiology portfolio, connecting procedure-specific creative, media buying, landing pages and follow-up. I lead the acquisition strategy and creative testing, using market-level performance to decide what to launch, improve and scale.

The reporting follows qualified conversion actions recorded on procedure landing pages after an ad click. From April 2024 through September 2026, that work generated 99,930 qualified actions across $1.34 million in managed media spend.

Carry the idea through the funnel

Procedure landing pages continue the message that earned the click. Thank-you-page video, consultation scheduling and email/SMS follow-up make the next step easier to understand and act on.

Scale around market performance

Lead and consultation targets guide market budgets. Proven concepts move into dedicated scale campaigns, while bid caps, spend limits and performance reviews keep the rollout tied to acquisition efficiency.
